2010.11.23 — City of Love and Revolution: Vancouver in the Sixties, Lawrence Aronsen's illustrated cultural history of Vancouver in the Sixties, is now available in bookstores near you.

Recounting the era of free love, drugs and music, free universities, hippies and activism, City of Love is illustrated with over 100 photographs, ads and images.

City of Love and Revolution: Vancouver in the Sixties launches this Sunday, November 28th, at 2 pm at the Vancouver East Cultural Centre (The Cultch), the former home of Vancouver Free University in the late 1960s. Admission is free and there will be complimentary appetizers and a cash bar. Books will be available as well as a free poster of the cover with every book purchase. Psychedelic artist and cover illustrator Bob Masse will be on hand to sign posters. "
